Luckie's Diner @ The Collective in Palm Beach serves up this beautiful specimen. It's called the 'Royale with cheese'. It also had a truffle version which is out of control and I actually always get that one but I thought I would give their spin on the classic cheese burger a go. The patties were so juicy with cheese on point and it all blessed by a real delicious secret sauce. I do enjoy a bit of a char on the inside of the bun but this one took it a bit far and was burnt unfortunately. Other than that, it is an amazing burger and certainly a must if you enjoy a big, juicy cheese burger done right. It comes in a one patty setup but double is an option and certainly worth it.
