Sometimes you need to change up your burger preference to keep it interesting. Burgerhood in Balmain do an IPA battered fish burger with mushy peas, cheese, pickles and smoked tartare. I was curious as to how the mushy peas would work with this and they added a subtle flavour to accompany the smokiness of the tartare. Unlike the Bloody Mary, the pickles on this were hard to taste. The tartare could have had a bit more tang, but overall good burg!
