Some great flavours involved on this burger with a good variety of ingredients. Always enjoy tackling monstrosities like this on menus so I took it on as a welcome challenge. The reason for the 3.9 score is due to the bottom half of the bun being completely moist (great word choice 😏) with what seemed like a mixture of oil and pickle juice. I don’t know if this was from the application technique of the pickles on the burger but it was quite overpowering and abit of a turn off. Don’t get me wrong, i don’t mind somewhat of a soggy bun but the line has to be drawn somewhere and this felt and tasted like a wet sponge. Besides that, I think the rest of the burger was very nice and would definitely recieve a higher rating from myself if it wasn’t for the overpowering taste of pickle juice on the bun.
