🐥Grilled chicken breast 🧀Jack cheese 🔴Red slaw 🍅Tomato 🥃Bourbon sticky onion 🥒Pickle 💦Lime aioli The Hub House burger bar is so consistently good and cheap, I don't know why I haven't dropped in more often. I went with the Skinny Chicken as a lighter, dont-fall-asleep-in-the-office-after-lunch option but it was quite a bit bigger than expected. Impressive, and excellent for $9. The piece of grilled chicken was pretty big, moist, tasty and dripping with cheese. The slaw, which I'm not usually a fan of, was crunchy, fresh and slightly spicy, nicely offset by the cool tomato and pickle. Lots of chicken burgers with slaw I find to end up being too slawy and dry - this one kept things juicy with a good amount of aioli. The sticky onion helped too, it added some richness and its sweetness counteracted the bitterness of the cabbage. Thumbs up for this one, definitely adding bacon next time.
