Don’t get me wrong - I love a thicc crust like the next guy but this is also one of my favourite smashes. Real juicy. The melted cheese lava keeps you honest throughout, while the subtle heat keeps things simmering along. The bun will be cross with you by the end, unless you can man up and finish this burger within 2 mins 30 - which you obviously can’t. It rarely gets better than this people.
