Wow - best Blake Canada I’ve ever had and best burger BL has ever made for me. Everything was perfect. Perfectly warm milk bun, chargrilled burger with American cheese melted to the perfect temp. Every bite was glorious. Every bite has the right amount of poutine too. Wowza. I’d like to formally denounce my comment from yesterday’s post about BL Daringhurst not being as good as the one in Parramatta. Tonight’s chef deserves a high five 🖐 +1 patty
