Up sized this with an extra patty ($4) and maple candied Bacon ($3) making this a $19.50 burger which is putting it well up there. Price aside, the burger looked the goods though failed big time in the taste department. Well cooked with patties at medium rare and the Patty's are said to be Angus & Wargu mince which they quite possibly are though they are missing the flavour hit that I was expecting. All I can think of is that perhaps the blend was missing seasoning and in particular salt. The Green Pepper Chimichurri was there though again missing something. Acid and salt perhaps. The candied Bacon wasn't cooked to the way I like my Bacon though if you like near petrified and the taste of nothing but maple then you'll really enjoy it. On a brighter note, the bun was right up there - perfect size for the patty, no breaking apart, and it was either an exceptional Super Sopper as very little in the way of juices made it to the plate or a bit of a concern for a patty containing wagyu. Side note: the plain chips were exceptional!!
