Shit photo, great burger. I had my doubts as I wandered in to The Burger Garage. Relatively new spot in an up and coming area trying their hand at burgers... Was surprised to see a line of people at the window amidst the rain and cold and hearing some of the friendliest service going from the all woman team. Modified the cheeseburger by swapping the mustard and ketchup for their Hot BBQ sauce (Aioli and BBQ combo) After a short wait contemplating whether it's weird to play Daytona or Time Crisis on your own (they've got a sick little arcade out the back) my number was up. The bun was way better than it looks but the hero here is the beef. Loosely packed well seasoned patty cooked pink and full of flavour. Topped with a blanket of cheese and the Hot BBQ sauce is a good option.
