Dinner last night was Mad Patties, Mitcham location. Pictured is my usual Mad Moo, with added Panko crumbed chicken, but this time I also added caramalised onion. I love the chicken here, it has such lovely crunch to it. I think the onion needed a bit more caramalisation though. The loaded potato gems definitely had a kick thanks to the jalapeño and hot sauce
