Dropped by @brother_burger on Chapel St recently. 1st time there and thought I would try their Royal Blue 🍔 👇 This was a 100% wagyu patty w/ blue cheese, bacon, their house made onion jam, pickles and ketchup 👇 I thought the blue cheese would be overwhelming but boy-o-boy it was great and the pickles and onion jam were a great combo with the juicy burger patty. Only thing I would change is having crispier bacon! Looking at coming back to try some of their other burger creations
