Burgers, they're what makes the world go round, and all I want to do is eat and give everyone an honest review of as many of them as possible.

This is their Southern Fried Chicken Had to also try their chicken and they have different buns which is great if you wanna indulge in burgers but also be health conscience or just prefer different buns. Had this one with their low carb bun. Bun tasted great. The chicken was juicy and had a great crunchy coating. The sauce tasted like the Cali sauce on their beef burgers but with a very small amount of spice. Good thick cut pickles but the lettuce sort of ruined it. Would have been better to have had a crunchy slaw instead. Overall not too bad, their strength is definitely beef but with some tweaks this can be just as good.

Friday night and this place is packed and i mean packed. The line out the door was huge, wrapped around the whole parking lot. Though somehow we got a seat inside. We did have to wait a little bit to get our food but given the number of customers the burgers and sides were flowing out at an incredible pace. Probably one of the best non smashed patty burger I've had in a while, as of late when it hasn't been smashed it's been below average but this, this was awesome. Super moist, not dry at all and packing great flavour! Nice thick cut pickles with a generous amount of their Cali Sauce on a beautifully toasted brioche bun. Wish i added bacon as that is all it really need. Overall a very solid burger, and I can see why they're so popular. Also they do serve alcohol and have some amazing thick shakes π€€

Nothing better than spending Straya Day perfecting your Crust game with Smash Patties π€€ Home Ground Beef smashed on a Cast Iron Pan. The best crust is always made on cast iron. Evenly distributed heat goes a long way and a cast iron press helps a lot too. Solid 4.9/5 for this double smash cheese burger π

Some Sheila called Jason said to flame this. Apparently X-Ray_Mike knows her well... Also helps to introduce yourself as him, you get the red carpet treatment π Onto the burger. The Katsu Chicken is phenomenal here, fantastic coating and flavour and with 2 of them between soft buns who could complain! Loaded with generous amounts of sauce and Poutine and getting it flamed is definitely the way to go if you can handle the heat. Though dare i say it, it could have been even spicer, can't get enough of those pickled Jalapenos. Definitely give this special a crack with or without the flamed hack. P.S Only costs $2 to flame any burger at BL π

When hungry and in a hurry, Son of a Butcher always delivers. Chicken thigh was large, super crunchy and juicy and packing flavour. Their in house bacon was absolute perfection and both went great with the honey mustard sauce. Improvements would be to add pickles and maybe even double up the chicken. Otherwise a solid chicken burger!

Such a simple yet delicious burger. After having a deciduous monster it was great to finish the experience with more of that great beef and the fresh colour salad. Oh yeah perfectly cooked bacon definitely helps too π€€

Go big or go home! With the 5 weeks of blame burgers going off at Parra and with this monstrous boy, how could i not end the year on an absolute high? From the perfect char on the beef patties, the tsunami of poutine to the endless cheese pull, this was perfection that left you messy and so very happy. Added with a free combo upgrade and that's the icing on the cake. Thank you BL Burgers (Parramatta) for an amazing year of burgers and feeds during such a shitfest of a year. Glad to end it all on a high π
