My first ever fish burger and it was deliciious, especially with the salty coleslaw to go along with the thick cut chips combined with the tartare sauce.

The fried chicken was cooked to perfection. To go alon with, there was confit duck and and roast turrey. This was an accurste representation of Xmas and end on a high note. Looking foreword to what Mike at Suburgia (Redfern) have in store for next year.
