This thing is so good. Beef, cheese, onions, beans, brisket, bacon, jalapeños, corn chips. Hnnnghhh so good. Silly me got takeaway because by the time I got "my precious" home, she was soaked through with meat juices and sauce. Structurally, broke right apart but hot damn the flavours . Meaty, salty, piquant, and crunchy from the corn chips.

Tasty AF. Succulent chicken surrounded by crispy noodle batter. Great satay-style sauce and Asian flavours. recommend

Beef, cooked a touch pink and juicy. Crispy high quality bacon from Challenger on the outside, juicy in the middle. Melty cheese, house poutine on a soft squishy bun. It works, it makes you feel good. It's messy AF , but being a consummate Fatty, Ill take any opportunity to get greasy. Sweet potato fries - lightly battered with a slight cinnamon spice and served with a delicious chipotle sauce. Oh yeah!!

So good. Rich, creamy, and those onion rings hnngghhh!!! Hard to finish , for me I usually take the hash brown out and eat it separately as it doesn't add a lot to he Burger proper.

OFF MENU SPECIAL let's call this Noah's Hawaiian vacation. Every single animal known to man, with some jerk pineapple thrown on. Cos I'm jerk. I hate pineapple on burgers but because this had bacon and brisket on it, I put up with it. Great tasting burger, usual high standard for c&s, and Coma-inducing afterwards.

Bit of a surprise package this one! Always liked the union for beers, but never tried the burgers. Cheesy and beefy, with bacon crispy on the outside but soft in the middle. And those curly fries 💦🍔

Headed up to Albert's to stream a burger challenge for the Fatties page and grabbed some dinner. I've had Andy's beef offerings before and they're great! So thought I'd try the chicken. Overall was a little disappointed ; there are some amazing offerings in Sydney on the chicken side and given the level of his beef, didn't quite hit the mark. The burger was a good size, however the breading on the chicken was really dark and it tasted a little bitter. The meat however was juicy and tender. The lettuce and carrot was nice although nothing tans out about it: the cheese was nice and melted though!! Bun soft and sweet. Held together nicely. Overall "good" just not amazing! Fries were quite salty and a little undercooked. Nothing to write home about. Staff were friendly even though the place was really busy!!! Definitely come here for a burger but recommend the beef offerings over the chicken.
