It's complicated
Burger Grand Master III

So I decided to check out the new burger joint in Windsor and there was a strong presence of a sausage sizzle going on and the closer I got it turns out it's the 180g Angus beef patty. Taste like it was a Bunnings sausage smashed into a patty, Don't get me wrong it tasted nice but if I wanted a snag I'd head down to Bunnings and pay $2.50 not $19.00. Disappointed that my burger did not come with American cheese as described in the menu. Smashed AVO was nice and so was the relish. Great soft buns aswell.

Nothing like a Nashville with the heat level cranked up a notch on a hot day haha.. Seriously huge breast piece but that's to be expected at the Hounds. The flavours were absolutely banging with genuine heat that lingers after you are done. Hotter than a chorizo The_Hamburglar_213 π and as X-Ray_Mike would say the vegetables were super fresh.

Yes I added brisket to this burger when there is already a brisket patty π€― because both provide a completely different experience and combined together is just fantastic. Deliciously smoked chunks of brisket so tender and juicy. The brisket patty are cooked over charcoal and that lovely crust. The special sauce is nice but a rookie mistake as I should have swapped it for bbq sauce but I was too focused on making sure that I can add brisket to this burger lol

Damn these smashed patties were amazing β€οΈ seriously must have been a change in supplier because there is big difference from the patties I had in the past. What's better than pickels ? it's fried pickles. Fricken sauce was a cracker with a bit of a spice kick. My only regret was I forgot to add bacon π’

The amazing smell coming out of this truck would have you hooked alone. The beef had that delicious charcoal taste but the patty grind is quite fine, would prefer it to be coarser. Swapped the cheddar cheese for American π. Burger sauce is delicious but probably better without as it takes away some of that lovely charcoal taste. The buns soft as clouds and beef bacon it's as good as beef bacon can be. Spanish onion is lightly grilled but next time I'll make sure to ask not to grill.

Damn this breast piece was insanely huge, Delicious crunchy coating and the breast itself was succulent. A few modifications to this Southern stack. Added Mac & Cheese and it was cheesy good π. Removed the corn slaw as I don't think it would go well with Mac & cheese π€. Replaced Chipotle aioli with hickory bbq sauce to accommodate the mac & cheese. I should have added truffle sauce aswell. Beef brisket bacon is delicious and I had loads of it. It has the appearance of streaky bacon but the taste and texture is nothing alike.

I'm really loving the fat smash patty here, I make sure to ask that it is cooked to medium because it's 200g so I still get that nice outer char while having a juicy patty. They not using streaky bacon so make sure you ask for really crispy bacon which does the trick. That fiery sauce is the bomb, it's a thick creamy type sauce that has real heat and it's super tasty. Loads of golden crispy tempura onions. Soft buns. I also added pickles and usually jalapeno is added to a hot style burger but pickles works nicely aswell imo.

Chimichurri on a burger automatically grabs my attention and combined with bacon & chorizo jam I was super excited for this one so I was sure to make this a double and add bacon for good measure. Roasted garlic cream cheese was a nice touch but I couldn't taste the garlic but still very nice.
