Monkeys Cheese and Bacon Burger

All the ingredients were fresh beef patties were a little thin for my liking and cooked well done I prefer a little pink in the middle but that’s just me unfortunately there was no secret sauce not sure what happened there as my wife’s burger didn’t have any either so a little disappointed this is definitely a good pub burger but needs sauce to tie it together

🥩150 chuck & brisket 🥓Bacon 🧀🧀Double American cheddar 🥒McClure’s pickles 🌰Onion 🍅Tomato 🥦Lettuce 🍔Secret sauce   Really good standard burger, patty on point, bacon was crispy whilst the salad was sufficient, fresh and crisp.  The pickles gave a nice acidic taste complimented by the secret sauce.  Topped off with a pint of Kirin, this is a pub that does a good burger.
