Andrews Burgers - Rusty American Beef Beef 🥩 Onions🧅 Double cheese🧀🧀 Lettuce 🥬 Pickles🥒 American mustard💦🇺🇸 Tomato sauce🍎💦 ‘Sweet bun?’🍭🥯 Jalapeños (added)🌶 So in Melbourne for what should have been the racing weekend event of the year, but yeah.... we all know how this story goes with amount crap going around atm 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Righto, so after getting to the tram and on the way to th Airbnb - I see this joint. Old skool cool vibes, and super super friendly staff - gave complimentary chips and they were the good crusty old style hamburger joint ones. Burger was great. Typical for what you expect from one of these places - so I added the jalapeños to give some kick - perfect amount. Lots of that good American mustard mixed in with ‘ketchup’ and old school raw onions. Great tang. Hit the spot after a flight. Beef old skool smash - no char but not pink either. The only thing I’d comment on is the ‘swee bun’. Was thinking it’s yellowy in colour so maybe brioche? But it was very hard? Soften to an urban and this burger would be very good.

Old-school, milk bar burgers...some are crazy good and others just barely cut the mustard. This one is amazing, and not because I made and cooked it myself for a TV segment lol. Firstly the patty is packed with meaty goodness and juicy with flavour, it goes down well. The toasted bun is no-frills classic, but it's the simple combo of real, authentic and fresh ingredients that make this soar above many old-school burgers I've had. Chalk this one up as a must-eat if you are down in Melbourne, it's an institution here haha (@oliverwinfree)

Beef Onions Double Cheese Lettuce Pickles Mayo American Mustard Mayo I have been wanting to visit Andrew’s for a while, heard good things, however I didn’t visit the original. There’s seems to be more options on this menu, however the burger itself was not tasty. Just an average hamburger to be honest. On a good note, this was definetly the biggest single patty burger I’ve ever eaten haha.
