I knew this would be my favourite and it did not disappoint at all. The brisket was so soft and so tender, the jalapeno bacon was one of my favourites, the beauty of bacon with a nice spice hit. I love onion rings, they make every burger better and they were perfect for this, throw in some some smokey cheese sauce and bbq sauce, this was amazing, if there is one reason to go to Archies, this is it.

beef burger with maple bacon always grabs my attention, the patty was thick with a nice char, the bacon was perfection, messy, everywhere and full of that sweet maple taste.

switched the fried chicken for grilled chicken #health, I don't go for grilled chicken burgers in general as I find them quite bland, this was the opposite, really flavoursome and the wasabi just went so well with it, nice cheese melt, this was a true flavour bomb.

🍔🍔 BBQ Bourbon Brisket 🍔🍔 * Slow Cooked Beef Brisket * Pickled Jalapeńos * Bacon * Buttermilk Onion Rings * Smokey Cheese * Smokey Sauce Archies is tucked away in the back streets of Taren Point. It has the resemblance of a local corner store that whips up burgers, but the burgers look better then your local corner store. I went with the brisket burger cause who doesn't love a brisket burger. This was a tasty burger and the brisket was soft and juicy. The jalapeńos provided a little bit of heat. The bacon wasn't as crispy as I normally like it but definitely not undercooked. The onion rings added some crunch and were pretty good. I reckon the sauce was delicious but there was so much. It was dripping out everywhere as I ate the burger. Almost made a mess of myself. I don't understand why they use these buns though. If they used better buns my score would've been higher. Overall it was not bad for a local corner store.

🥩Beef 🥬Lettuce 🍅Tomato 🥒Pickles 🧀Cheese 🍆Beetroot relish 🌰Spanish onion 🍔Archie’s sauce Come to Archie’s a few times but noticed that they joined TBC. This is a typical corner shop burger done right. The beetroot relish is perfect, it was smothered throughout and combined with the pickles gave this a nice contrasting flavour. The patty was thick but cooked nicely, plenty of juice inside. Spanish onion had a nice crunch and the salad had a nice fresh taste. Noticed that there is brisket on the menu and can definitely use that as a hack for next time.

A halfbread #steamedham somewhere between the US and Aus. Although the joint has got the Shire rambling, this burg was like watching an American trying to perfect an Oz burger, but they just couldn’t help themselves in getting back to their old wayz. 👹👆🏻 1 x Sydney Royale, 1 x Archie’s Signature, 1 x Big brother Nash @archiesflamegrille. 🍔📸 Firstly, These some #thicc patties, with a bite wider than ya grandma’s 6pm ‘it’s time for bed’ yawn. The buns were more like bread rolls. Reminiscent of the family burger nights as a kid, when your dad whips the cover off of the bbq like a matador. 🤠👹 The Big brother Nash was the star of the show. Double those thicc brown hams, cheese it up, and a splash of sauce that’ll make ya do a little dance. If you’ve got a burgerous appetite for a burly Aussie burger, minus the crowd dividing beetroot ...this is the go to! For the tourist looking for an outback stack, or on the way to cronulla, this burg will take ya Australian burger stereotype above and beyond, and impress ya mother. 😉🍔
