This is their OG burger. Let me see if I can remember all their ingredients: Habanero maple aioli, bourbon bacon bits, lettuce, onion, tomato, and the juiciest patty on a sesame brioche bun. I’ve had this burger before but I don’t remember it tasting this ridiculously delicious the last time. First of all, I fkn love bacon bits, especially if it’s coated and caramelised with bourbon and maple. And there was a heap of these so fk yeah! The patty is not smashed, thicker patty but one of the juiciest I’ve ever had, like Gordon ramsay burger juicy. I’ve mentioned their buns before in previous reviews, and they are one of my favourites and it makes such a big difference. simple burger with simple ingredients done perfectly.

Double Cheesegasm w/ Bacon The burger patty’s were well seasoned and cooked medium rare. So much juice ran out of this monster burger. I might just go a single next time to get more flavour from the sauce but I highly recommend either one.

This is their new burger - ring of fire. Smash Patty Double American cheese Beer battered onion rings Jalapenos Creamy mayo Habanero and chipotle swirl Apologies for using their stock photo. By the time I realised I forgot to take a pic I was already half way down with my hands covered in chilli mayo sauce! This place has perfected simple. Toasted sesame brioche bun - hands down the best I’ve had.. right amount of softness but with a ‘crust’.. not too sweet or oily. Patty - perfect, nice char and bit pink on the inside. Sauce - so many places do a chilli mayo, but this is just better. Recipe - Good portions of everything and a flavour bomb with every bite. I travelled 40 mins for two of these and damn worth it!

👐🏻🐮Hand-pressed beef patty 🇨🇭🧀Swiss cheese 🚀🌿Rocket ⚪💧Onion jam 🍄💦Truffle aioli A burger truck permanently at a brewery is a fantastic combo and Baby Rey's burgers are delicious. The truffle flavour was a good level, not too subtle and not overpowering. The rocket was a good textural element and wasn't bitter as I'd expected it might be. The beef was delicious and the Swiss cheese hit the spot. I fucking love the combination of Swiss cheese and truffle and they really nailed it on this burger. I didn't notice the onion jam but that's because I was drooling over the truffle and cheese.

Wild West by Baby Rey’s Burgers at Stockade Brew Co yesterday. The absolute stand out here is the onions... bursting with flavour! The crisps provided some nice texture. Exactly what was needed at the time!

Loved the fried onion rings in the burger. Nothing at baby Rey’s is lower than a 4.3 for me. Simply the Best ingredients and bun.

I love the Wild West. So surprised when I had it the first time how good the chips went with the rest of the burger. Solid burger but baecon is still number 1!

One of the most delicious simple burgers out there. All baby Rey’s burgers are great simply because of their quality ingredients. Still prefer the baecon though!
