Whenever I visit a new burger place, I rarely go for the chicken (even when they specialise in it aka like Chicken n Sons in Sydney) but for some strange reason, I went to BamBams hankering for some chicken. I picked Slawed because I love coleslaw. This is a burger that excels because of its simplicity. Tender soft chicken with slightly crisp skin that hits the mark. I thought the lack of crunchy fried-ness would hurt it, but their secret way of preparing the chicken is to be admired. Sweet milk bun and nice (but not spectacular) coleslaw all makes for something that melts in your mouth. Will come back for the beef someday (@oliverwinfree)
