Been a while since the last Blame. Added fried chicken this time, bloody cracker. Would def bang again, maybe a motz patty next time. Always a joocy feed at bar luca. They also have some of the best sweet potato fries and onion rings that I’ve had tbh. Can’t believe I hadn’t tried them before.

Ok you had me at extra cheese, extra chilli, extra bacony goodness. This was an absolute mess but so freaking good. The chilli maple aioli just cuts through leaving the full combo of all the sweet, salty happiness. The ratios on this being double meat was balanced perfectly. Loved it.

argued with heshy about whether a Mozza patty should go on top of double beef or inbetween. he clearly won - and I'll forgive him because it was bloody good. I often forget these guys, I don't linger in the city for long and parking is a nightmare but they're still the OG juggernaught. I wonder if five guys or wahlburgers try doing a Poutine burger 😅

It’s a Blame so a must try. Very tasty burger and the cranberry sauce was a nice touch that made it a little bit different. The Topper made for good novelty value too. Would I eat again yea, is it as good as the original no, but another great take on the best burger in sydney.

Beef, Swiss, super streaky maple bacon, mushrooms & some heavenly truffle aioli... what more could you want😍😍 The beef here is quality, cooked & seasoned perfectly.. but what really makes @bar stand out is their ability to match flavours together perfectly😍😍

2 words. Holy shit. I came into Bar Luca expecting to be blown away by the Blame Canada (genuinely been looking at this for a solid couple of months) and it didn’t let me down at all. The flavour combo in this burger works beautifully and I couldn’t believe it. The poutine element was something I hadn’t had in a burger before, and I was sceptical at first. Luckily the burger wasn’t smothered with gravy and you could easily smash this without having to wipe your hands or face every 30 seconds! The maple bacon was done so well! That pairing with the maple aioli and the salty fries and cheese curds was a combo that I don’t think I’ve ever had the chance to enjoy anywhere else. Hot damn I can’t wait to come back.
