- Slaw - Butter lettuce - American double jack cheese - Peru Peru sauce - Brioche bun This will probably be the only time I say "I think I over did it with the chicken"... Absolutely crispy as, thinking it was going to be dry but it actually wasn't. Very moist and tender. Slaw added an extra layer of crunch which was nice and the sauce was needed that wasnfor sure. Coupled with the fact its a decent location and your able to watch sport in the booth its a winner!

Haven’t seen many reviews come out of here and to be honest was a bit sceptical. This burg was massive and tasty af. Added bacon as usual and not sure if it was the bacon or the coating on the chicken but was a tad salty. Other than that it was a cracking burg. 👌🏼🍔

* Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast * Bacon (added) * Slaw * Butter Lettuce * Double American Jack Cheese * Peri Peri Mayonnaise * Milk Bun So the second burger I had when I visited the Basement Brewhouse at Bankstown Sports on their birthday was the Chicky Baby chicken burger. The breast wasn't the biggest I've seen but it did have a nice crunch to it. A little more juicy and it would've been great, I did add some bacon for good measure which could've been more crispy. The sauce was tasty and it had a slight kick and the salad was fresh. If the chicken was a bit bigger and more juicy this would've been an awesome chicken burger. Overall a nice burger that I liked a touch more then The Brooklyn and considering it's from a sports club I was happy with it.
