Marinated Chicken Lettuce Cheese Avocado Mayonnaise Added Tomato Not feeling like anything in particular, I decided to try the basic chicken burger from Batch. Everything else from these guys has been brilliant, what could go wrong? Boy, was I mistaken. The first thing I noticed was that my cheese was missing. On closer inspection, it was not actually missing, it had b en marinated into my chicken. Not how I would have liked it, but Ok. The next thing I noticed was that they had done quite a horrible job balancing the burger out. Almost half of the left side was just lettuce. They make a point of telling you that this burger has "succulent, marinated chicken"; however, I found the burger to be quite dry. After a few bites, I lost my appetite, and I dont see myself going back to finish it off; something I assure you has never happened, before. Do yourself a favor and go for something - anything - else on their menu. This one is not a winner.

Great burger. The chipotle mayo is surprisingly spicy, compared to the chipotle I've had from other establishments. The grilled cheese is a welcome addition that adds that extra bit of crunch to the burger. The only down side to this burger is that they do tend to over-sauce them. I've had this burger several times, and the last half/quarter of the burger is always a giant mess, with fillings falling out and the general burger coming apart. I had mine with the Cajun fries, which I recommend for the added spicey kick. Alternatively, I'd your looking for a taste of chipotle and are not completely sold on this burger, consider taking a look at their pork overload (shredded pork and bacon with chipotle and cheese sauce on chips).

🍔🥓🍔Truffle Shuffle🍔🥓🍔 Was nearby Batch Burgers and even though theyre reviews weren't great on TBC I figured Id give them a shot It seems theyve improved on a lot of the issues people were mentioning which I love to see, what makes a good burger joint (or any business really) is when they take on feedback and work on making their product better 😁👍 I quite enjoyed the beef on this, didn't have a rissole taste or feel as was previously mentioned and hsd nice flavour, they need to think about melting the cheese onto the beef though to take it up that notch higher, cheese was still melted but would have worked better directly on the beef Truffle sauce was nice, not too strong but definitely there Onion rings lacked crunch, but this could have been due to travel time in the uber, so I wont hold that against them haha Bacon crispy and tasty and the tomato & lettuce nice and fresh Ill certainly try these guys again if im in the area 😁

Call it a rough night or perhaps I ordered late at night, but this burger patty was a bit on the dry side. It was drowned in a dense thick BBQ sauce and sloppy onions. And yet, this was still better than your average Cafe burger. I'll come back for a second chance, but this one was disappointing.

First time at Batch - unbelievably amazing. Was the view or the burger better? 🤔🤔

✔ Spicy marinated chicken, jalapeno pickle Not a bad burger if you're after something substantial but without feeling so guilty about eating so much. It's grilled chicken and the refreshing avocado makes this burger more on the healthier(?) side. The chicken had lots of spice and the peri peri sauce didn't over power it although my hands were drenched in it. The jalapeno pickle was that 3rd edge to the spice attack but it's all mellowed out by the avocado. There's a bws a few shops away so grab a few tinnies and enjoy it but the harbour!

Haven’t been to Batch in a while, was at least pre-TBC. Decided to take on the Brooklyn for my return, which consists of a 100% Aussie Beef pattie, Bacon, smoked cheddar, tomato, pickles, Spanish onion, lettuce and thousand island dressing. The opening salvo was great, the burger looked the goods, lashings of bacon and oozing of cheese and sauce. The bun was fresh and held together well. Biggest letdown was the pattie, although being juicy it was bland, could not detect any seasoning. The pattie relied on the accompanying condiments a little to much for me. The bacon could have been a little more cooked/crispy, but that is subjective to my preference, the pickles were great, nice crunch and flavour. Fries were standard salted shoestring and the thick shake was not as thick as hoped. Service was quick and friendly! Overall this wasn’t a bad burger and probably the best in the suburb. Would recommend a visit if your in the area, nice American style cafe, with great harbour views.
