I've had these guys on my list for quite some time, and it was great to finally fit it in. This was a nice burger. You won't go away hungry or disappointed. I'm much more in favour of char grill burgers, and this is a flat top cooked patty. Seasoning was a bit heavy handed, made it hard to really taste the beef. Bacon was nicely cooked and good quality. Was very saucy. It's worth your time, to get the stamp in your passport.

Great burger! Awesome paddy and I love the Bella sauce. Sad it's out of the way for most people, in the middle of an industrial district. I'd recommend.

The Bella Boy Burger. A nice and filling burger overall but not the greatest. Meat was abit overdone for my liking.

The bella boy, great burger, love the sauce these guys use. Their burgers always have that fresh factor that just makes the meal so much more worthwhile. Another solid burg from Bella Shack!

The Bella Boy. I hadn't had one of these is months and I'd been craving one for so long. I would have made the trip sooner since this is one of the close burger joints to me, but the wait times at Bella Shack frustrate me so much! You order relatively fast, but the wait time is just ridiculous. I went around an hour into open with a mate on Saturday and we were order numbers 2 and 3. Order 1 had already eaten and left. We were stoked! The menu was much the same since last time I'd been here, prices increased by $3, but they've added shakes to the menu. $5 extra to change your can to a shake, worth it for sure. The burger was amazing! Presented phenomenally, and taste was great. Bella just do simple great. The meat was so juicy, something I've always loved about The Shack. You eat it over the chips and let the juices mixed with the sauce on the burger drip over the chips become your sauce. Buying the sauce and dipping chips just does not taste the same. All the ingredients were so fresh, cheese was melted perfectly. I added jalapenos for no extra cost. My only complaints with the meal is the burger felt no where near as big as they used to, I would have got the Big Boy for sure if I knew the burgs were smaller. The serving of chips was less generous also. Those chips and just seasoned amazingly, perfect blend of sea salt and rosemary and so crunchy on the outside but so soft on the inside and as my sauce soaked through and gave them a more distinguished taste, the faster I found myself eating them. I also had the caramel shake. The shake was great. Thick. Very, very thick, but the sweetness was not overbearing which made it much nicer. I know, I want the impossible, a not super sweet caramel shake. One of the most notable things about Bella Shack is the price. $18 for the standard Bella Boy, chips and drink included. *I am an awful photographer.

Bella Shack is one of my favourite places ever, and I work right across the road! Juicy patties, generous cheese! They have amazing weekly burgers too.. Bella shack please make all your burgers available for review, I have some amazing shots of all your burgers. Even add a specialty burger option to review, so I can add all the weekly special burgers you have that aren't on your normal menu.
