This thing was serisouly tasty. The fried chicken was absolutely bang on and the gherkin sauce was like big Mac sauce so it was mad with the chicken and shredded lettuce. I'd come back and smash this again for sure. Also got the gaytime bao and holy fudge was that thing glorious. Photo of that beauty in the comments so hou can have a drool at your own leasure.

The badger still better for me but chopped cheese is still damn good. I guess chopped cheese is a bit more refreshing though with the lettuce.

Was a 4.4 for me the first time I had it. Delicious Asian flavours. The second time I had it, it just wasn’t the same. Still solid.

Would you try an Asian Cheeseburger? I had the “Baoger” + Extra Beef + Bacon Really enjoyed this Asian take on a classic cheeseburger. You get classic cheesy flavours coming through but also get reminders of the Asian twist on this. Massive fan of the Bao buns. Such a novel concept but definitely welcomed. They’re soft and fluffy, even more so than a traditional steamed burger bun, yet still toasted. Other fusion components like the pickled radish helped add flavour and texture and I agree with Burgfinger that the sauce really tied everything together.

🥟🍞Bao bun 🐮🐮Angus beef patty (+1) 🧀Cheese 🥬Lettuce ⚪Onion ⭕Pickled radish 💦Baoger sauce +🥓Bacon I love this place. They make their buns out of bao dough and they're bloody delicious. Knowing they're quite small, I doubled up on patties, added bacon and asked for extra sauce and this was a better size, leaving just enough room for the Japanese curry and cheese loaded fries. The flavours on here are amazing - there's a slight sweetness to the bun and when all the sauce and grease mixes in, the entire burger just melts in your mouth. The saltiness of the bacon sits well with these flavours and the cheese melted in well too. Never had anything else like it. Pickled radish is a perfect addition, keeping with the Asian-inspired flavours and adding a significant crunch to each bite alongside the lettuce and onion. No idea what's in the sauce but it pulls everything together into something incredible.
