The double big daddy is a good burger which is not helped by the overdone and dry patty’s. They are constantly over but luckily the flavour of the cheese and sauce together still make this an enjoyable burger. The extra curly loaded fries are always a winner.

This American style diner was a solid choice to celebrate IBD today. Had to choose the namesake burger. Oddly, it comes undressed outside of the special sauce (as described in the menu). Add ons such as lettuce, pickles, tomato were available at 70 cents per item. The patties were great ok. Seemed heavier on fat taste, but the double stack held up. The special sauce of cheese and other goodies was above average. Curly fries tasted as good as they looked... top shelf. Dr Pepper was chosen... as well as a thick chocolate shake. The best was to review the shake is simply to say... the straw stood stuck proud, tall and centred. The only thing that would make this beauty better is malt, but that wasn’t on the menu. Overall... fair value for money. Fun decorations and exceptional staff. There are better burgers at other places, but we walked away satisfied.

Ventured to Big Daddy’s to celebrate their third birthday with their $5 burger option accompanied with a few friends. I’m a big of Big Daddy’s as a casual place to eat for their variety and the general vibe of the place but their burgers aren’t anything to write home about - for $5 though this was definitely worth it. 😉 🍔 Big Daddy Burger 🍔 😉 🐮 Double beef patty 🧀 Double cheese ❓ Big Daddy’s special sauce Added 🔥 Jalapeños 🥒 Pickles The jalapeños in combination with their secret sauce is the main component here, much hotter than expected which is a bonus for someone like myself who loves his spicy. Patties a little more on the done side, thats just how Big Daddy’s has always done things sadly but still good flavouring on their beef. Biggest let down is their choice of buns, a much softer and smaller milk bun or just less bread in general would lift the quality here a lot in my opinion. Good experience overall, great for the price. I don’t go to BDs for the burgers mostly but their birthday offer was too good to pass up. Sweet potato fries were bomb though.

When I want a dirty cheeseburger, and I'm not within range of cheeky burger I typically hit this place called "big daddy's burger barn". I know I'm going to get basically a double quarter pounder just with more cheese which is all you need sometimes. Although the meat can sometimes taste over seasoned, it gets the job done. I don't mind the bun but some people have issues with it.

I got the big daddy double, and with this burger it comes as a standard building ground, so just meat, cheese and your standard american sauces,to make this burger good you must add hacks. So I added bacon, extra cheese, onion, pickles, mayo and threw some deep fried mozzarella sticks in it, meat had a lots of seasoning and is cooked to how you like it was really tasty and messy, sauce poured out onto my curly fries which was just how I liked it. its a good place you just gotta hack the burgers.

I got the Big Daddy, missus the Philly Cheese Steak Sub, and I came out on top that's for sure. Whilst this wasn't the best burger I've ever had, if somebody offered me one on the condition of running down my mother-in-law, I'd seriously consider it (nah, she's ok). Beef upon first glance seems seriously overcooked, but they did ask how I wanted it cooked and I went with the medium, and that's what I got. Very moorish burger with quality sauce and bacon spot on to how I like it. My only regret is not getting the triple patty burger. Curly fries as standard. Nothing spectacular. Missus says her sub was like roast beef on a roll and very ordinary. Serves her right if you ask me. Would go back again when Mary's is shut like it was at lunch time today.
