Long time between visits but what a burger to return to, Ray's take on the Oklahoma Fried Onion burger. Change of beef suppliers and now using urbun, this was delicious, patties are now smashed and the onions were so crisp, was super tempted to add Ray's Sriracha Maple mayo but wanted to try it as its meant to be first up. Would order again, would order sriracha maple mayo

biscoff in a cheeseburger is good. beef kebab meat not so much. Thankfully Rays smash is on the up and up in my opinion so I could overlook the reason I havnt eaten a kebab in the past 3yrs. Liverpool plaza - you'll have to BYO biscoff but the normal burgers are worth it too!

Found myself with Joeyburgered out near Liverpool the other day and whipped out the ol’ TBC map and stumbled across Big Rays. It’s in a centre, I carried some prejudice towards food court burgers into ordering but as soon as we chatted with Big Ray himself I felt at ease. Passionate and clearly knows his way around a cheesy. Everything was great, beef cooked well, sauces and veg tasty and fresh. Would’ve scored a bit higher if the bun wasn’t coated in oil for some reason. 100% worth visiting if you’re in the area! Oh we also got some of the fried chicken wings, they were crunchy and succulent - get em!

Finally got a chance to hit up Big Ray’s when out west with Ross_Kemp_on_Burgers I went for the truffle 100, but the owner was super accomodating in just adding truffle Mayo to a standard cheeseburger so I got a nice and simple little package. Service was friendly, burgers were cooked nice and quick and they were great! Didn’t really have any expectations coming here, which I think is actually better when trying a new spot. 150gram beef patty was cooked well. Nice crust and good quality beef, nice cheese melt and the truffle Mayo was bloody banging! Brioche bun was good, I think I would have preferred to have a crack at this on a milk or potato bun if there was an option.

A hidden gem in Liverpool, Big Ray has a Big Heart, and while I was tempted to try the camel burger, my first time had to be the beef. A+ for effort, the patties had a nice peppery kick and crumbled nicely. Very saucy and cheesy, this was a neat burger.

🍔 - Cheeseburger (double). 📍 - @bigrays_sydney . . Cheeseburgers don’t get any juicier than this! The special at @bigrays_sydney is the double cheeseburger. 2 x 150g Angus beef patties, American cheese, onions, pickles, American mustard and tomato sauce. It’s simply a classic and with great flavour how could you say no to this 😍 #bigrays
