Had to make the most of International Burger Day and hit up my go-to spot of BL Burgers in Darlinghurst. I didn’t know for sure whether or not they were doing the $5 deal so I decided to risk it and I feel like I hit the lotto! Doubled up on these guys and got the weekly special. The main event of the evening was the Weekly Special: The Seared Pig 🐽 not gonna lie - I’m a sucker for pulled pork on top of my burger and the fact BL decided to throw on curly fries and chipotle BBQ made me want this more. This burger delivers in taste. My only regret is eating this after the two Classic Cheeseburgers since it wasn’t as hot as I’d like and the bun was a bit soggy. Still- no regrets.
