The cauliflower bites exceeded the burger. Sri racha is the best chili to match with sweetness. Crunch and juice throughout. Its far better than any popcorn chicken. The burger was overs on chili and unders on cream or sweetness and the flavour profile wasn’t super interesting.

After grabbing this on Monday and loving it despite the fact it was missing the melted cheese I knew I had to go back and grab another with the cheese. This burger is sensational. Love that korean style chicken with the sweet and spice from the Buldak sauce and the melted cheese is almost like a cheese sauce you would put on cauliflower. Not pretty but an Epic burger

Epic burger. So many ingredients I love. Buldak sauce is the perfect blend of heat and sweet and I always have bottle at home, it accompanies chicken perfectly. Seems my burger was missing the melted cheese which is a bummer but even without it was quality
