Wasn’t BLOWN away by this burger but still didn’t put it down once. Definitely could have taken on the double pattied Double Zeahorse. Homemade relish was a nice sweet twist, and sundried tomato infused aoili was 👌🏻

Went to Bondi and received some bad news, took the family to Bonditonys straight after as the perfect remedy. Cannot say anything more about the killer vibe of this place, burger was delicious and both patties had a wicked char to them, truffle was delicious as was the mustard/ketchup aioli. 🤟🏼🤙🏽

🥩Grass fed beef 🧀Tasty cheese 🥬Lettuce 💦Felix's BBQ Chutney 💦Claudia's Tomato Relish Plenty of amazing burgers in Sydney but nothing beats the vibe of this place, a must whenever I head east, just love the set up, the decor inside and Young Henrys on tap, can't beat it. Cheers to Bonditony for the burger and beer, legend of a guy, this burger was as amazing as it always is, beef just mouth watering with the melt in your mouth texture. Cheese perfectly melted on top, love the bbq chutney and relish, both smokey and sweet. Tony introduced me to Old Bones chilli sauce their extra hot smoked garlic chilli sauce is one of the best I have had, they are local too and are around the eastern suburbs and inner west, check them out, added this to the burger and it just brought it up another level, awesome product and even better price!

🥩Grass fed beef 🧀🧀Double hi-melt cheese 🥒Garlic and dill pickles 🍄Tony’s truffle infused house-made aioli 🍅Tony’s tomato and mustard infused aioli When in Bondi do as the locals do, was a dour morning with the rain but this brightened up the day. Patty was a tad well done but drenched in two aiolis, pickles cut through with a nice acidic touch, should have added bacon but that just means I need to head back sooner.

Beef 2 x Cheese Garlic Pickles Truffle Aioli Ketchip & Mustard Aioli After being thoroughly disappointed by Milky lane, X-Ray Mike advises me to check This place out, which was lucky because it redeemed my Bondi burger experience. This Burger was delcious and I’ve never had a bun like this before, so crispy! The meat was cooked well, not the best, but that was masked by the flavoursome sauces and truffle aioli. Delicious!

🐮Beef patty 🧀🧀2x Hi-melt cheese ⚪🥒Garlic & dill pickles 🍅🔶Tony's tomato & mustard-infused aioli 🍄💦Tony's truffle-infused house-made aioli This is my kinda burger! cheesey as fuck, saucy as fuck and tasty as fuck. I've been eating more and more burgers with truffle on them lately and usually find they struggle to hit the right level of flavour between "did they forget?" and "fuck me that was pungent". This one nailed it. The truffle was delicious - there was loads of sauce and the truffle flavour was just right all the way through. The beef patty was spot on and the double cheese worked so well - melted like crayons on an old metal slippery dip in the sun. The tomato and mustard aioli gave the burger some depth and mixed in nicely without detracting from the stronger flavours. The pickles were quite chunky but their acidity cut through the strong truffle flavour for a good overall balance. Topped off with a nice, soft bun, I highly recommend this burger. Just note that Bondi Tony's isn't a TBC venue anymore so discount doesn't apply. Absolutely worth it anyway, especially after a couple of hours in the surf.

For a takeaway burg this was actually the same as eating in shop. Travels well and still hot when my mates brought me it. The Bondi burger scene is seriouslyyyyy lacking. I hear rumours that Normas_Burger_Bar1 used to frequent Bondi but I have never experienced that 😭 I find myself at Tony’s more often than not because it’s close and they have the same burg every time. If only they would not over cook their patty’s it would be a 4.5 across the board. The bun was dry af as well... almost hard to eat after urbun bakery buns at icebergs the day before. The sweet potato fries keep me coming back. For a delivery burg this would be 👌🏼

This is from last week and I had absolutely no idea I was coming here, nor did I know it was a part of TBC, so I didn’t really know what to expect. On top of this, I was pretty drunk (Australia day). The owner was incredibly nice and let us have a few of our own beers and seemed like a good bloke as well. Didn’t expect this to be as good as this was, strong truffle flavour and beef cooked with a bit of pink in the middle. Sweet potato fries were excellent as well. If ever I’m in Bondi again, I’ll be choosing this over Milky Lane 10/10 times 👍👍👍 Side note, I forgot to get the receipt (if you can help me out with points admins, that would be great 😂)
