Maple Bacon Burger Sauce liquid cheese tasty cheese pickle Double Pattie
Wrote a review •
This is marketed as one of their signature burgers. It offers a double beef patty, crispy bacon, pickle, liquid cheese, tasty cheese and burger sauce. The beef is juicy and the combination of the liquid cheese and tasty cheese is unique. Not a flavour you experience often. It’s my favourite burger on the menu.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo. Bacon was ace. Great mix of cheese, cheese sauce, and house sauce. Beef patties were okay and probably the only let down. They, had almost a sausage taste/texture and the burger would go next level with a proper smashed Pattie.

Considering this is from a bistro and not a burger joint its pretty good. Wouldnt rush back although I will try the chicken at pananis down the road. A little pricey for what it is despite its large size. Both patties were well done so its not the juiciest. Cheese and liquid cheese were plentiful and for me played the roll sauce should play. maple bacon was actually really good and I would order a triple serve next time. This met my mediocre expectations with flying colours. A mountain of that bacon would push this close to a 4.

One of the Better double cheeseburgers I've had in Sydney. So much cheese and the maple bacon!! One thing that I thought would have made it even better if the meat was slightly less cooked

@ bossburgerssydney 🍔signature double cheese🍔 Had this before and the patties were no where near as good as this time. Perfect char and perfectly pink through the middle. The liquid cheese sauce is the absolute highlight for me it's so good. Maple bacon really on point, pickles amazing!! Even the bun super soft and fluffy, and cheese melt boom. This burg was a hit for me this time, spot on 👌🏻

I haven’t had this one for a while. The meat was rarer than usual here (which I liked) and the cheese together with the liquid cheese was excellent. Maple bacon topped it off nicely.
