one of the better looking chicken burgers I've had. chicken was nicely coated and tender. I much prefer thigh but this was decent enough for breast. buffalo sauce was more tangy than having any real heat. did the job. it did drown out the cheese unfortunately. not a bad burger. think adding mac n cheese to this could be a goer.

solid amount of lettuce. first time back at the place formerly known as Brades. beef was good quality and the burger had good proportions despite looking like a crazy amount of lettuce. beef bacon isn't bad. not quite bacon, but I enjoy the flavour. this has a few chewy bits but was otherwise fine. good amount of sauce, not a bad effort in the competitive parra market. friendly staff, gave me some chicken wings to try for free as well. 👍

Got the signature stack with extra patty and Mac and cheese. It was absolutely amazing. Very messy but one of the best burgers I’ve had. Mac and cheese is next level.

Damn this breast piece was insanely huge, Delicious crunchy coating and the breast itself was succulent. A few modifications to this Southern stack. Added Mac & Cheese and it was cheesy good 👌. Removed the corn slaw as I don't think it would go well with Mac & cheese 🤔. Replaced Chipotle aioli with hickory bbq sauce to accommodate the mac & cheese. I should have added truffle sauce aswell. Beef brisket bacon is delicious and I had loads of it. It has the appearance of streaky bacon but the taste and texture is nothing alike.

Yes the chicken is on the money. Crunchy. Moist. Holds flavour. And the brisket bacon is something else. Would be better with another layer of chick and bacon.

Truffle sauce was nice by itself. Kinda overpowered the burger.
