Doing a podcast interview for my book and the host suggested her local burger joint. We spoke to the owner, Mike who says he bakes his buns fresh every morning. Key to every killer burger I say. The bun retains all of those fresh ingredients, the term 'farm to plate' springs to mind. Tomato jam and beetroot relish were good spreads and the beef...dang I needed a double. It was delish, clean taste.
