💦 WAP (WET A** PATTY) 💦

Good way to end off burger heads truck in Strathfield. One the best money can buy, a damn good burger. Probably the best special from Burger head this year. The pattie was perfectly smashed and seasoned. Sensational combination of Mac and cheese which was so rich and decadent and the contrast of texture from the crunchy onions were bang on perfectly melding flavours and savoury notes from the bacon jam and aioli which was spot on. Finally the acidity from those pickles were really a surprise for me, usually pickles are in the background but not this time. Fantastic special, really really good. Should’ve gotten it double.
