TRUFFLE KERFUFFLE

So after the first Truffle Kerfuffle on Saturday night, I just had to go back again the next day. Same dinner two days in a row and it was so worth it. Was a bit afraid that maybe the second one wouldn't match up to the first for some reason but I shouldn't have doubted Burger Head. Pretty much perfection in a burger, again. This one held together even better than the first, was able to finish it with minimal mess 😆 Of course I grabbed a cheeseburger along with it for a very fat feed.

Got it at the stra food truck, but they have not updated their speshes on the app. Also Penrith might as well be on the other side of Australia from me. But uh... this thing is insane. Burger Head beef is as good as I remember it. Everything else in the burg just exists to elevate it. The truffle mac n cheese patty has amazing textures. Crispy as hell on the outside and the cheese melt is just 😣😣. Truffle is subtle in a good way and lets the beef shine for sure. Pickles and sauce see no complaints from me and compliment the flavours nicely. Was dripping from sauce and oil but otherwise the burger held together amazingly as well. Just a good time all around. And with the $5 cheese burgers on right now it's a hell of a feed.

Sensational burg, truffle mayonnaise is damn tasty and the Mac and cheese is patty was awesome too. I think I would’ve liked this with a lot more mayo but still great! For some reason the qr scan didn’t hold :(

Truffle + Mac and Cheese Patty had me sold. Burger Head is the definition of quality and consistency. I’ve never had anything but amazing Burgers from these guys and now finally they are in a spot easily accessible for me in Strathfield. If you have had BH before you know the beef is stupidly good and today no different. Mac and cheese patty was fantastic and held throughout eating the burger which was a big plus. The pickles provided just the right amount of acid to cut through all that richness. Fucking love BH ♥️

Sunday lunch at Burgerhead! This truffle special is so good! Loved that truffle Mac and cheese fusion! My own error was is forgetting to add bacon however I still enjoyed every bite 😊

Fantastic special. Just enough truffle flavour to know it’s there but not overwhelming. The truffle mayo was awesome and as usual the smashed pattie was superbly cooked. Highly recommend this special to TBC community.
