The meat was the highlight here, tender and juicy, smashed patty, which although cooked through so as not to scare off those who are afraid of pink bits still retained its moisture. The rest of the burger was bog standard family BBQ style ingredients, iceberg lettuce, grilled onion, coon style tasty cheese, special sauce (hope they don't mind me spilling their top secret recipe) was one squirt of mayo to one squirt of ketchup, standard white bread roll that held everything together without offending any of the sense If you want a burger that tastes like a less burnt version of what dad churned out every Australia Day this is your kind of place. Would benefit greatly from some more creative sauces and flavour combinations
