Once again, they didnt have the burger I ordered but this is just a double classic, tbh this didn't wow me at all, I was expecting a lot more flavour and juiciness to this and it was just satisfactory.... I've liked burger projects burgers so far but this one just seem a bit blah to me. I will endeavour to try more but this has made me feel like this is like any other burger from a fish n chip shop

The Oktoberfest wasnt on the list of burgers as it was a Monthly special but it was a damn good "Schnitzel" Burger, the hearty burger has a crispy crumbed chicken schnitzel breast with house made mushroom sauce, sauerkraut, pickles, a little tomato and lettuce. It was surprisingly good and hit the spot, it could have been a bit bigger but that's my only fault, it had the flavours of Munich packed into that milk bun.

A week in Melbourne and the Aus open putting on some nice eats including Burger Project. If I could review the guy in the background it would be a 5.0! πŸ™ŒπŸΎ I have been to their Sydney store and it is the same in terms of flavour and finished product. The patty here was overcooked and I'll blame that on it being a special event. Everything else was stock standard and went hand in hand with the drinks on offer. πŸ˜‰ A great outing for those who enjoy a social, food, drinks and some tennis.

I ordered the classic and upon handling this burger a small chunk had fell off of the bottom. Biting into the burger while questioning the integrity had made me perplexed to the fact the burger may had been overcooked. As I chew more into the burger the condiments manage to save the some of the gristly pieces of meat with moments of crispy freshness coming from the onion, pickles, tomato and lettuce. I am slightly dissapointed with the meat and had high hopes for it. The secret sauce added a nice tomato-based acidity which I liked too. I will come back so Burger Project can redeem themselves.

In the past I've found this place a bit hit and miss. Today I had the chilli cheese on their student deal of burger and chips for $10. The meat was of really high quality and apart from a gristly bit was the highlight of the burger. Otherwise I found the salad a bit too prominent the cheese nice and waxy and the sauce OK. They also packed a fair share of chili so it packs a punch.

2 x grass fed beef patties Cheese Onion Pickles Tomato Lettuce Secret sauce +Bacon Burger was quite tasty, the bacon added heaps to this burger while the meat was cooked perfectly. However, nothing unique about this burger. The bun was good but was not big enough for the filling.
