Fantastic burger! You could tell the patty was hand made and fresh.

Ok so I've been away for 6 weeks and finding a burger without TBC has been a fricking challenge. However, I'm back and I forgot to read this before going out for dinner last night. All in all it's an average burger. Bit tasteless but nothing wrong with it. The bacon probably wasnt maple bacon and overall the burger didn't really stand out for me. Would probably give this place a miss next time but I did appreciate the free student fries

🐥Chicken katsu 🥓Maple bacon 🧀Cheese 🥬Lettuce 🥒Pickles 💦B.A. sauce This arrived wrapped up looking much bigger than a burger. That piece of chicken was huge. It was thick, juicy and crunchy, but there was a layer of fat and oil between the batter and the meat that gave me flashbacks of boarding school food... And anyone who knows me will tell you that's no fucking compliment. It just felt gross to eat and left me feeling queasy for a few hours. The maple bacon was amazing - I loved that the maple smell jumped out at me as soon as I unwrapped the burger. It was super crispy and sweet, but there was barely any of it, just a few small pieces under the chicken. The lettuce didn't hold up against the oily chicken and the pickles didn't really grab me either way. The B.A. sauce is really good. But of the two burgers I had here, it was by far the best part. Which kills me as I find most signature/special/secret sauces to be underwhelming. If they put more effort into the main meat component they'd really be onto something.

🐮 Beef patty 🍅Tomato 🥬Lettuce ⚪Onion 💦B.A. sauce Had this delivered from the Sydenham store and at first sight and from the first few bites, I thought I was in for a treat. The bun was soft, it was well presented and the special sauce was creamy and cheesy, giving me a distant-cousin-of-Mary's kind of vibe. But the experience just went downhill from there. The beef had barely any colour in it whatsoever and even less flavour. The onion was super thin, which I like, but so was the tomato, which is just a cop out. There was also a lot of lettuce doing very little. 😕

So glad to see Burgers Anonymous open out west in Fairfield ( please update TBC crew). Second time here in BA, so I went for their Chuck Jr, everything about this is crisp and it goes down easy with each bite. The hickory BBQ is sweet but not overpowering, leaving the patty to be the hero. Will be back someday to tackle the Chuck XL haha, but have a feeling single patty burgers shine brighter than their double counterparts.

Awesome burger. Jalapeños added and hickory bbq sauce. The smashed paties are so soft and juicy with just a nice amount of crust. The burger was huge and with its price

Got this down at Fairfield! Chicken was a bit burnt but I didn’t mind it was still bloody good! Location is super random but once you’re inside - game changer, loved the vibe!
