Not an amazing burger, it was mostly let down by the patty, the flavour was ok, but the Angus beef (you have a choice of two types of beef patty, I opted for the more expensive one, supposedly the other has herbs and seasoning through it) seemed to have chilli flakes and whatnot through it, and didn't really have great mouthfeel, think like the texture of a Grill'd patty but denser. Despite the photo the cheese apart from the overhanging bits was nicely melted, but they overdid the truffle mayo to the point it became a bit of a distraction. Structural integrity 10/10 mostly due to the not particularly juicy patty. Service was friendly and adequate, but nothing special. Rework the patty, some attention to the sauce portioning and this place has potential
