Another good night of burgering at paddys night food markets 👌 Dirty Bird does a mean chicken burger! That sauce!!! Almost like a seafood sauce for prawns, absolutely kicked ass!!! Worked so well with the chicken, simple ingredients done well, one of my top fried chicken burgers to date! 🍔🍔

apologies for the blurry photo. this is the most crispy chicken burger I've ever had. love the rice battered chicken. you know you have a winning formula when you don't have to rely on a sauce. must try for any burger lpver out there

Dirty bird food truck always delivers Chicken so tender you want to smother your face in that burger Sauce 👌 Pickles 👌👌 5/5 Had chicken wings and chips that were also oh so tasty!
