The ingredients list on each of the FOMO burgers many my mouth water. Fried chicken + some variant of potato and epic sauces meant I was always destined to drop in and give them a whirl. Easey’s are offering their special with the choice of beef, chicken or veg. Having tried all 3, I’d have to put the beef at my number 1, but the chicken is still rad. Fried chicken was pretty juicy but I would have preferred a little more crispiness on the coating. The mashies were perfect! Crispy, pillowy and tasty AF. The conbo OG gravy and ranch was awesome too. They’re running this until the end of the month and at $12 I’d definitely recommend checking them out. You’ll also score a tasty deal with FOMO 👌🏽

Ross Kemp on Burgers 🍔

After driving for 9 hours there’s nothing better to cure ya than an easeys double cheesy. Smashed patties on point, super thin but still juicy! The Martins rolls are just an absolute winner, they only ever add to the burger. Finished off with a healthy drenching of Truff Hot Sauce this was just what I needed!

I always double burg, so I rarely double patty. This is one place I definitely should have. The patties were beefy, crispy and still a little juicy. The one two combo of pickles and jalapeños on this is awesome. I love a pickle burg. Unfortunately the bacon was a little limp and the beef (being maybe 70/80 grams I’m guessing) was totally overpowered. I reckon a double on this would bring it up massively. Would smash again.

In Melbourne for a week and I’ve got a hit list. The vibe, sitting in the drivers cab of a train car, 4 storeys up is pretty epic. Unfortunately this wasn’t great. The chicken was thin, dry and very chewy. The buns are pillowy soft, but the cheese melt level zero was also rough. Nice slaw, but not nearly enough sauces to carry this burger. Hopefully it’s all good from here. Also, no ability to scan of any kind, even after asking.

A burger is gladly eat on the daily! ✅ Martin’s Potato Rolls ✅ Juicy AF smashed pattie ✅ Crispy AF bacon ✅ American cheddar ✅ Aioli and Sweet Baby Ray’s ✅ Deep fried crispy bits Easey’s are consistently delivering the goods. The new menu is bang on and this burger is still pretty much the only thing I order 😂

National cheeseburger day was the perfect excuse to make the trip out to Easey's, which I have been wanting to try for ages, and it was 100% worth it. Bun was a nice balance between soft and firm, and not the overly soft, sweet and buttery brioche bun that some places tend to use. Easey's does a smashed style patty which is my preferred way to have a burger, giving you lots of nice crunchy bits on the outside. Chips/fries were great, delicious seasoning and perfectly cooked. A more generous portion than I expect from this sort of place, too. Also highly recommend the donuts filled with a choice of flavoured custard.

First stop on the Cheeseburger train, literally a train, I ate it in one, a carriage. Easey’s. God this was a come up, smashed patties make the world go round. And now that these guys have made the switch I’m going to be plowing even more. Forgot to ask them what bun it was but it was shake shackesque. Keen to see how Monroe’s stacks up.
