Wasn't sure where to put this under. This was the easey's x good times milk bar intl cheeseburger day. Good burg, but I think it suffered for having sat around despite me arriving right on the allocated pick up time

In times of not being able to leave my home and Go the 30km drive to Easey's in Collingwood, here I'm reminiscing of the last time i had been and also question why I didn't upload it..... The Burger here are beyond amazing and this visit was no different, my go to is the Rowdy Cheese burger (obviously make it a double) with the Addition of something so Melbourne it hurts..... a Potato cake. This Burger packs an almighty flavour punch and I still have dreams of its awesomeness, those smashed patties, that melted cheese, that Crispy potato cake, the Pickles, Bacon, onion and Jalapeno all in that bun 🤤🤤🤤🤤 it's truly what dreams are made of.

Might read like a heart attack, but well worth it. Easeys is a winner.

Another venue I’ve heard bucketloads about, so I knew I had to try. Easey’s at first (to me) seemed a bit gimmicky being set in train carriages on top of a building, but the burgers they serve definitely backs up the outrageous setting. My first visit I went for the Metropolitan Mayhem, because I’m a hungry hungry hippo. The beef patties were all cooked perfectly, with the beautiful candy crust on the outside while maintaining a soft, juicy centre. American cheese set upon the smashies is always an amazing time, giving the cheese a chance to melt through the cracks and supply that extra boost of taste. Dim Sims and Potato Cake in a burger was a first for me, but it worked well! The potato cake was crispy AF on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, exactly what you’d expect! The dim sims were more of a surprise, as I’d never expect to see them between two buns. These dim sims tasted amazing and were fried well! Would most definitely smash this entire burger again. Maybe do the actual challenge next time and see if I’ve got the speed.

🍔🍔 ROWDY CHEESEBURGER 🍔🍔 🥩 Double Smash Patty 🧀 American Cheddar 🥓 Streaky Bacon 🌶️ Jalapenos 🥒 Pickles 🌰 Onions 💦 Ketchup & Mustard 🍞 Martin's Potato Rolls This has got to be one of Melbourne's best cheeseburger to rival the likes of Sydney's Bush, Wingmill and Butter. Although Easeys has something that all the best cheeseburgers joint in Sydney don't have and that's some bloody bacon. This burger is melt in your mouth stuff, just so damn soft with those Martin potato rolls which are the best buns in the business for a perfect cheesy and those perfectly smashed patties are so juicy and banging with meaty goodness and having bacon on a cheesy makes it that little bit extra special. I do love the traditional Ketchup & Mustard on a cheesy but I believe if this a had special sauce on here I'd unicorn it or it could have been the several burgers before I had this 😂.
