πππ SIGNATURE RIB & PATTY πππ π₯© 180g Wagyu Beef π 24 Hours Short Rib π§ Cheddar Cheese π¦ Signature Habanero BBQ Sauce π Charcoal Bun So all their burgers are smoked in charcoal, they bring out the burger in this glass dish and open in front of you and all the smoke is released, quite impressive π. The star of this burger is that massive short rib so soft and tender and crispy around the edges and smothered in delicious habanero bbq sauce, wasn't really hot but tasty AF, I had to get extra π. Wagyu beef here is thick AF but still juicy and cooked to medium rare. Slight down side as you can see the crack in the bun it was dry and while the salt on the board is fancy I placed my burg on the salt and that completely ruined my bun salty AF π. You can swap it for a normal milk bun which I will do next time and add bacon and get those pickles sliced and placed inside the burger and yeah no salt on the board
