Definitely one better to enjoy as dine in, the Double BBQ Bacon Bok from @flightbarbendigo doesn’t fare quite as well as the lower-end, single-storey options on the menu when subjected to delivery, and I’m sure the driver making another stop first also didn’t help. The integrity of the buns and chicken crumb sadly fell victim to its own oil, to the point it was easier to go bunless - which is a real shame, because Martin’s potato rolls are without exception the best roll to enjoy pretty much any burger. Despite the burger’s workability deteriorating, the whole thing was still flavourtown. Delicious chicken, tangy pickles, melty cheese, delish. Next time I’ll be adding a little slaw, but otherwise, had the burger held together, I don’t think there’s any improvement I’d make. Maybe a little cajun mayo because it’s pretty much heaven.
