Flipp was quiet on a busy Saturday afternoon, not a good sign for it's longevity. Wish more people could discover their chicken burgers, this one had the crunchy-coated goodness, smack-bang with a chilli-jam sauce that I wish had more kick. It's no butter chicken (ha!) but for food court fare, it's a step above.

Sometimes u need a snack-me-up and I decided to go and support the food court underdog Flipp. It's not a bad cheeseburger, it lets itself down with a dense bun and a beef patty is on the verge of glory but lacks the zing. Their chicken burgers are superior

Nice burger. Special flipp sauce is a little bit sour, if you’re into that. Otherwise pretty tasty. Would definitely recommend getting double as I think one patty would be not enough meat.

Rainy day shopping in Westfields and my wife wanted to use her BOGOF voucher at Flipp. We had a baby cheese each, and usually Flipp patties are better than this...patty was a tad chewy in parts (and not in a good way), a poorman's cheeseburger. When you rate this below Maccas' cheeseburgers, you know you're in trouble.

I want to like this more but as far as burgers go in Parramatta, it's got a lot of competition and this one is just below Betty's. The patties are cooked nicely but the cold bottom bun is a cardinal sin. Overall, they will satisfy your burger cravings in the food court but just walk over to BL's OR try their chicken, they're better haha.

The humble cheeseburger. It's alright, ticks all the boxes, pickles and nicely cooked beef patty. A bit too sweet though. Compared to legends like Mary's and WingMill's it's no contest, but you could do worse in a Parramatta Westfields food court :-) Actually I'd prefer Maccas cheeseburgers cos they're cheaper haha.

By the way, the Liverpool store closed, only Parramatta remains. I had a voucher where you get a free baby cheese with any burger. So I went for the Spicy Bird. First time trying their chicken burger and I was impressed. Crunchy as and had a nice spice kick. Don't know if it was the sauce or chicken coating, maybe both, but it was enjoyable.I wish I had another one haha.
