Holy Grill

First time visiting Holy Grill, taking on their signature burger, 'The Holy Hell'! Featuring two thick 180g beef patties with two pieces of bacon, a beef brisket, cos lettuce, sliced tomato, egg, 3 cheeses, aioli, tomato ketchup, on a toasted bun with chips, it was a sight to behold! Fantastic burger overall, patties were juicy and tender, as was the beef brisket. Cheese oozing out the sides made this delectable burger even more tempting and all ingredients complemented each other well. Only let down were the chips, not at all crispy, and somewhat lacking in seasoning. Still fine as a side to a great burger!
