🥒Zucchini fritter 💧Labne 🥬Lettuce ♒Beetroot 🐓Rooster sauce 💦Lime aioli Feeling some artery cloggage at the moment from 20 consecutive days of burgers so opted for a healthier option with the Hub House Veg burger. It was light, didn't taste too healthy and was only $8 which is excellent value. The buns were soft and the flavours mixed together well. The patties could've been a bit crispier but that might be down to getting takeaway and letting the sauce settle in. I think eaten straight away, the crispy patty exterior would complement the mushy insides really well. I don't like labne usually but there was just enough to form a creamy base for the rooster sriracha sauce. There was a slight kick to it, just enough heat to keep my mouth burning for a couple of minutes aftwards. I didn't specifically notice the lime aioli but the burger was very saucy and that's good enough for me! My only complaint is that the lettuce went warm and gross quickly.
