I've tried the Richmond Huxtaburger a few times before, but upon learning there was a store close to my house in Ringwood, I couldn't resist a bit of a cheeky Tuesday Theo (a bit cheekier with extra bacon and cheese). Always a delicious burger and probably my favourite from the menu, I was definitely in favour of the delivery from the Ringwood store. Due to this bad boy being loaded up with condiments, I'd recommend not ordering if you live too far away. The bun does suffer the longer the wait is (being why I order it sans tomato for less messiness) but in my case today it was still crispy with some life left as I'm just around the corner. I would, however, recommend they wrap their burgers in foil like at places such as Mr. Burger for an overall easy, clean(er) experience. But flavourwise, always delicious, all the sauces work well together to give it a slightly tangy and spicy flavour, with creaminess from the mayo also. Meat patties are always juicy and succulent, the bacon is crispy, and so I think the Theo will always be a fan favourite for me. The one downfall however for Huxtaburger is I find their chips quite bland in flavour with every order, so I ended up omitting them from today's order, which is a shame as chips are vital! Definite room for improvement in that area (though I'll still allow myself to suffer by cramming in the last one).
