πππ CHICKEN πππ π Buttermilk Fried Breast π¦ Black Garlic Aioli π₯ Bacon (added) π§ American Cheese (added) π₯ Lettuce & Tomato Finally after 2 years I made the trip out to the Shire to Visit my bro Hungry_Katzer still didn't get to see his new place π but all good it was a day at beach and burgers. Seen a few reviews about the size of chicken being small and when my brother burger came out I thought oh I shit I should have double it but I got a pretty decent size breast and the coating looked heaps crunchier, like a completely different piece of chicken π. Thick succulent breast with beautiful crunchy coating, plenty of flavours. Absolutely love the black garlic aioli, it's kinda sweet and garlicky, nice and creamy and I got heaps. Bacon nice and crispy, buns so soft. Only downside cheese needed to be melted.

ππChickenππ I definitely enjoyed the beef more than the chicken here, not that the chicken was bad in any way, just not as big a piece or quite as juicy as juicy as other venues but still very tasty π Bacon was tasty, slight crunch to the edges which is always nice π Lettuce and tomato was nice and fresh but the burger was rather lacking in the sauce department which left it a touch dry Unfortunately I didnt notice there was no cheese on this bad boy, no deal breaker but would have added for sure if Id noticed! Keen to hit some more burgers up from the south side of Sydney soon ππ

I was down at Cronulla beach on Straya Day and decided my first visit to Jake's was on the cards. It's a small shop located in a lane not too far from the beach. β³ Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast β³ Lettuce β³ Tomato β³ Bacon (added) β³ Black Garlic Aioli The chicken was tasty and soft on the inside. The coating had a slight crunchy texture but it was a small piece of chicken. The bacon wasn't crispy but still was delicious and I'm glad I got it. The lettuce and tomatoes were okay and fresh but the stand out ingredient was the sauce. It was very tasty but not overpowering in garlic flavour which I liked. It was a quite unique taste that I can't remember having had before and went well with the chicken. The free fries with the app were great and were seasoned well. They had something like sea salt and rosemary which tasted nice. I also got a Milo milkshake which went well with the burger and chips. If the chicken was bigger this burger would be pretty good as the flavours were definitely there. π¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊπ¦πΊ

Itβs worth the walk in the lane way to nowhere.... really juicy and good sauce. Itβs not a heavy messy hitter but worth the value

Buttermilk Chicken burger with an extra slice of cheese, the Chicken patty was crispy and juicy, it wasn't massive, but sure did taste amazing. I wanted to add chilli and instead was given a bottle of extra hot chilli, amazing stuff and I liked that he gave me the bottle caz I could add as much chilli as I wanted. I'm glad to have such an awesome burger shop near me.

First venture into cronulla in a long time and was well worth it! This was a great find, chicken was breast, tasty and succulent dressed nicely with the fresh salad and covered with a black aioli, which was made the burger pop! Free chips were a nice edition too, actually weren't shoe string.. not to hard to find too I might add was you get past the old Fiveways and chuck a right at the Wall your virtually there!
