Big Boii 2.0 - Add a hand crumbed chicken Schnitty to this baby and supersize. To be fair though, I’ll stick to the regular Big Boii, as I am struggling to breath now 😂😂

Seriously good. Smashed patties where charred on point, bbq sauce was perfect blend of saltiness and tang, beautiful bacon! Onion rings weren’t as crispy as some, but mainly because I didn’t burg on the spot - however their flavour was perfect. Pickles were there, but didn’t really take away or add to flavour / texture like some pickles can. You know it’s a good burger when the last bite was as good if not better than the first! As a side note I asked Evan if I should add jalapeños - he said you could but you don’t really need to... I agree with him, you don’t need too. It was nice not to have a potential ‘blow your head off’ spice to detract from what the burger was actually offering. Will order again that’s for sure!

No bogging down this baby with salads! Beautiful char taste of twin patties complemented by the double red cheddar and maple bacon..(yes you taste every individual component). The fried onion rings, BBQ sauce and soft seeded milk bun completes the package. Best burger I think I have ever eaten!!!!

Cracking burger on a cold rainy day. Smashed patties had crust for days, nice cheese melt, onion rings were crispy, but the blackened edges and the smell of the maple bacon took this over the top. Lime aioli was a perfect compliment on a fluffy soft bun

Jim and Harry’s is becoming a bit of an institution I feel. Whenever I walk in there it makes me feel super nostalgic and take me back to being a kid. Aside from the waves of nostalgia, the burgers are massive and execute excellently. Double smashed patties, crispy maple bacon, piping hot, crunchy onion rings and gooey cheese. It’s a dream ingredients list that as mentioned is executed amazingly.

Intense tangy bbq sauce from the first bite. Properly cooked maple bacon! Red cheddar balanced out the flavours nicely. I'm not usually a fan of onion rings but these were good.

Jim & Harry’s does it again. Went up to Mt Colah on the way to see some friends and couldn’t resist a drive by. The first thing you notice as you bite into this burger is the charring on the smashed patties. It works so well with the tangy BBQ sauce and sweet onion rings. Cheese melt was spot on, size was immense and satisfaction was high (as usual).
