Basic cheeseburger that doesn't fall apart from getting too soggy. The bun was a brioche I think (what exactly is a boogie bun?) but not too greasy. Pattie was a good thickness but they didn't crisp up the edges enough so it lacked some other textures apart from juicy - which isn't necessarily a bad thing at all. Mine could have done with more cheese! I think I expected it to be extra cheesy because the menu said it has double cheese

Simple cheeseburger but it’s extra juicey with a smokey grilled patty taste! It has a strong pickle flavour might not be for everyone! Solid burger in the northern suburbs!

Epic!!! JP's cheese burger is something special. The bun is steamed just prior to the burgers construction. Different from the usual burger buns. But a massive tick. The ground brisket beef patty is nicely seasoned and has that perfect caramelised char. The rumour is they season the patty with coffee. The shallot double cheese is insanely tasty. It consists of two part (hence "double cheese") 1.The patty is topped with an American slice of cheese. 2. Shallots are cooked with cheese to make a rich cheesey sauce. I freekin love cheese and this is awesome!!! Zero negatives about this burger, however I would like the option of adding bacon...

Your pretty basic streamline Cheeseburger! Abundance of cheese, tart pickles. Soft squishy roll. The patty was pretty charred (not burnt) but on the dry side. And along with the lack of sauce the entire burger just packed oomph and was on the 'bready' side.
