Got the call up to visit L’Burger with The Cheesy_Boys & melbourneburgerkid last night. The place was pumping for a Wednesday night (might have had something to do with their unlimited wings offer) The menu is pretty stacked with a heap of options covering everytjing from blended patties, beef, chicken, prawns or Vego/vegan options. As it was my first time here, I thought it best to suss out their cheeseburger (with a few mods) Ingredients: Toasted milk bun Mustard mayo (swapped for BBQ) Tomato sauce (swapped for Mayo) Pickles (Swapped for Onion Rings) Wagyu patty (Doubled) Gruyère cheese mix I was pretty happy with the outcome given how much I played around with this burger. The beef was well cooked, the onion rings crunchy and plentiful and that sauce combo was solid. The ingredients are top shelf here and the little points of difference definitely show in each bite. My only criticism would be some more seasoning on the beef but nothing worth complaining about.
